Social capital

At the ORLEN Group, social capital stands for shared standards, values and behaviours, and for relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, trading partners and local communities, that are based on trust and commitment.

Because we feel responsible for other members of the communities where we operate, we engage in dialogue and support them in various areas of activity.
